We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds in the event that you change your mind.

Earrings

•  All earrings sold are not allowed to be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene purposes.

• As the earrings are all made by hand, some pieces may not be perfect and may have some small bumps or dents. These are not considered defects. 

• If you have received the wrong item or part of it are broken (studs/hooks broken), do contact us via email within 3 days of receiving it.
